Important Information

A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
Operates daily : 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM — though departure pier varies by season. Currently departing from Royal Phuket Marina; during high-season it may operate from Patong Pier.
Entry includes shuttle-boat transfer from the pier, pool/spa access, towel + locker (200 THB deposit refundable), and basic accident-insurance.
Dress code is smart-casual / chic. Prohibited: sportswear, tank-tops, ripped clothes, sandales-with-socks, casual flip-flops, baggy/dirty clothing. Swimwear allowed if appropriate (e.g. swim shorts, swimsuits), but entry may be denied for non-compliance.
Prohibited items: outside food/beverages, single-use plastic bottles, large bags, unauthorized photo/video equipment, animals, inflatable toys, illegal substances, weapons, etc. Violations may lead to confiscation or denial of entry without refund.
All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
