Hanuman World is different from other usual attractions as it places you directly inside the dense rainforest ecosystem of Phuket. There are ziplines that take you through sky bridges and stairways covered with ancient trees and stop on platforms to take in stunning views of the jungle. It is a perfect way to get in touch with nature without bothering it.

Safety and Professional Guidance
Trained professionals assist guests throughout the activity and provide a safe and enjoyable experience. A briefing on the adventure, along with practical assistance, is provided beforehand. The staff will be with you throughout the course, so you can just relax and enjoy all the moments.

• The sharing transfers areas will be Kata, Karon and Patong.
• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
  
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children aged 10 years old are allowed to drive on their own.
• Children older than 4 years old but younger than 10 years d are not allowed to drive alone and must ride with the main driver.
• When driving with doubling, If the child’s height is less than 120 cm. They have to sit in front of the main driver; if taller than 120 cm. They have to sit behind the main driver.
• Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
  
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
• Unless stated as private, all tours and transfers operate on a shared basis.
• Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
