Spread over a staggering 500 hectares, the VinPearl Safari is one of Asia’s largest wildlife sanctuaries. A part of the sanctuary is an open-air habitat observatory, which allows you to see your favourite animals. Its Safari park is where all the animals freely roam, while you are taken in an enclosed bus. The animals can get quite close to the bus, giving you an opportunity to take videos and pictures. That’s not all. You can watch live animal shows that are fun yet informative, and participate in feeding sessions to get close to the animals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Ethical Viewing of Animals
This has been the main focus of VinPearl Safari - to showcase the animals in the most ethical way. Therefore, in one of the viewing sections, the animals are housed in large habitats that you have to go to see them, and the other section is the free roam section, where you have to sit in enclosed buses that will take you around to see the animals freely roaming, just like a real African safari. The Night Safari is also a wonderful experience to view nocturnal animals.
Entertainment-packed Live Shows
Witness a traditional Zulu Dance every day at VinPearl Safari. This traditional dance is a lot of fun and is loved by all guests. There are a few seasonal dances, like Spring Festive Dance, Lion and Dragon Dance, that you may be able to see depending on the season you visit. And of course, the main live shows are the animal shows featuring sea lions, otters, primates, small mammals, birds, and even reptiles almost every day, barring certain days. Most performances happen at the Performance Stage.
Feeding Time
There’s an elaborate schedule of feeding times, and this is a great opportunity to get close to animals like Bengal tigers, white lions, hippos, giraffes, elephants, camels, tapirs, orangutans, sun bears, and more. These animals are fed a special diet and are fed right at their habitat for their comfort and for guests to observe their feeding behavior. This is one of the best things to do at VinPearl.
