Day 1

Arrival in Paro and Transfer to Thimphu with Sightseeing

Your Bhutan journey begins as you arrive in Paro, where fresh mountain air and scenic beauty welcome you. After completing arrival formalities, you drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital nestled in the Himalayas. Along the way, enjoy picturesque views of rivers, valleys, and traditional Bhutanese architecture. Upon reaching Thimphu, you explore key attractions such as the grand Tashichho Dzong and the impressive Buddha Dordenma statue, which offers panoramic views of the valley. The day ends with a relaxing overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 2

Thimphu Local Sightseeing and Cultural Exploration

Spend the day discovering the cultural heart of Bhutan in Thimphu. You visit fascinating landmarks like the National Memorial Chorten, a revered site for locals, and the Folk Heritage Museum, which provides insight into traditional Bhutanese life. Day 3

Journey from Thimphu to Punakha via Dochula Pass

After breakfast, you begin your scenic drive from Thimphu to Punakha, crossing the stunning Dochula Pass. On a clear day, this mountain pass offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himalayas and is adorned with 108 memorial chortens. Continuing your journey, you descend into the warmer Punakha valley, where you visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, beautifully situated at the confluence of two rivers. The tranquil surroundings make it one of Bhutan’s most picturesque destinations. You settle in for an overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 4

Punakha to Paro Transfer with Sightseeing En Route

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
