Itinerary

Day 1

Paris

Welcome to Paris. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Tour information and meeting details will be available at the hotel reception.

Day 2

Paris – Versailles – Montmartre

This morning, visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles (entrance not included), renowned for its opulent interiors and spectacular gardens. Return to Paris and explore the artistic district of Montmartre, famous for its bohemian charm and lively atmosphere. Later, enjoy a guided panoramic city tour covering the city’s iconic landmarks and grand boulevards. An optional evening variety show is available.

Day 3

Paris – Rouen

Begin the day with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, with tickets included to access the second floor. Continue with a relaxing cruise along the Seine River. After free time in Paris, depart for Normandy and arrive in Rouen, where you can explore its medieval streets and impressive Gothic cathedral.

Day 4

Rouen – Canterbury – London

After free time in Rouen, travel to northern France and cross the English Channel by ferry to England. Arrive in Canterbury, known for its historic charm and religious significance. Continue to London, where you will have free time near Tower Bridge before transferring to your hotel.

Day 5

London

Discover London on a guided panoramic tour, viewing landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, and the River Thames. In the evening, enjoy time in Piccadilly Circus and explore lively areas including Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, with ample dining options.

Day 6

London – Colchester – Overnight Ferry

Visit the world-renowned British Museum in the morning. Later, explore Camden Market, famous for its eclectic shops and street food. In the afternoon, travel to Colchester, England’s oldest recorded town, before proceeding to Harwich to board an overnight ferry to the Netherlands, staying in private en suite cabins. Day 7

Volendam – Amsterdam

Arrive in the Netherlands and visit the charming fishing village of Volendam. Continue to Amsterdam for a guided city tour, including key landmarks and a traditional diamond cutting workshop visit. The remainder of the day is free for independent exploration.

Amsterdam

Important Information

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.

• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

• Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

• You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.

• Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure

• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.

• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.

• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.

• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.

• Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment Policy:

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)

Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

• From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.

• Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.

• Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
