Check-in & Boarding:
Online check-in is required before arrival. Guests will receive assigned arrival times, and boarding closes prior to departure.

Travel Documents:
A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) is required. Any necessary visas (UK & Schengen) must be arranged before travel.

Payments:
The cruise operates cashlessly. All onboard purchases are charged to your Key to the World card linked to a payment method.

Luggage:
Carry essential items in your hand luggage. Checked bags will be delivered to your stateroom.

Gratuities:
Gratuities for dining and stateroom services are recommended and will be added to your onboard account unless prepaid.

Dining:
Rotational dining is included. Some specialty dining and experiences require advance reservations.

Activities & Entertainment:
Shows, entertainment, and kids’ clubs are included. Certain activities may require reservations via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.

Wi-Fi:
Internet packages are available for purchase; connectivity may vary at sea.

Health & Safety:
Guests must follow the latest onboard health and safety guidelines.

Prohibited Items:
Alcohol, certain electrical appliances, and restricted items are not permitted onboard.

Disembarkation:
Disembarkation takes place in Southampton in the morning. Final instructions will be provided onboard.

Cancellation Policy:
Subject to Disney Cruise Line terms and applicable fees.

CATEGORIES WITH RESTRICTIONS: Reservations for Inside, Outside or Verandah Categories with Restrictions are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE. A 100% cruise cancellation fee applies from time of payment.
ALL OTHER CATEGORIES: Cancellation fees for all other categories are as set forth below.

Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names will be considered cancellations.

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date.
Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate.
All changes are subject to availability. Changes to a reservation may result in a per Guest service fee.
Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation.
