Day 1
Arrive in Kochi & Check-In; Discover Iconic Sights
Welcome to Kochi, where
you’ll begin your exciting Kerala adventure. Once you’ve freshened up, set out
to explore the city’s most enchanting sights. Visit the historic Fort Kochi,
admire the traditional Chinese Fishing Nets, and wander the narrow lanes of Jew
Town. Discover the cultural charm of Mattancherry Palace and walk along the
waterfront Marine Drive.
Day 2
Drive to Munnar; En Route Visit Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfalls, Tea Plantations
After breakfast, savor
your first taste of Kerala’s awe-inspiring greenery with a stop at the
magnificent Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls on your way to Munnar. Journey
through endless tea plantations before arriving in Munnar, where you’ll check
in to your room for a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 3
Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Museum, Rose Garden & Shopping
After breakfast, set out
to explore Munnar’s most cherished attractions. Drive through windy mountain
roads, which unfold verdant tea gardens, soaring hills, and scintillating
waterfalls. Visit Eravikulam National Park, boasting the endangered Nilgiri
Tahr, and admire the scenic beauty of Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point. You’ll
also tour the Tea Museum and further wander the heavenly Rose Garden. End your
day with a bit of local shopping before returning to your hotel for a restful
evening.
Day 4
Drive to Thekkady; visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (boat safari), Spice Plantation Tour, and Cultural Show
Today, you’ll journey to
Thekkady! Experience the region’s rich wildlife and biodiversity up close with
a serene boat cruise on Periyar Lake, marveling at the Periyar Wildlife
Sanctuary’s flora and fauna. Later, enjoy an engaging cultural show and set out
on a spice plantation tour, providing a glance into Kerala’s fame as the spice
land.
Day 5
Drive to Alleppey; check in to Houseboat, enjoy Backwater Cruise & Sunset
After breakfast, check
out of your hotel in Thekkady and head to Alleppey, where the most exciting
part of your holiday awaits. Set sail on Alleppey’s splendid backwaters aboard
a traditional houseboat, which drifts you past lush paddy fields, quaint
villages, and swaying coconut palms. Absorb the marvelous views and admire the
sunset over the waters. Relish freshly prepared local delicacies onboard before
preparing for an unforgettable overnight stay.
Day 6
Departure
After breakfast, check
out from your houseboat and prepare for your onward journey. You’ll be
transferred to Kochi to conclude your memorable Kerala holiday.
