Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kochi, Transfer to Munnar & Check-In; En route Visit Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfall

Upon landing in Kochi, kick-start your journey to the scenic hill station of Munnar. Stop to admire the breathtaking Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls along the way, which will take your breath away with their lush greenery and gushing streams. Once you reach Munnar, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Museum, Rose Garden

Today, prepare for a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Munnar, situated at a height of 1600 meters above sea level. It enchants you at every turn, as you visit many breathtaking attractions, including Eravikulam National Park with some unique flora and fauna; Echo Point, offering mind-boggling views; the majestic Mattupetty Dam; the Tea Museum, with displays on the region’s tea history; and the stunning Rose Garden with a variety of colorful flowers.

Day 3

Drive to Thekkady; visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (boat safari), Spice Plantation Tour, and Cultural Show

Following hotel check-out, you’ll travel to Thekkady. You’ll be in for a treat as you explore the wild side of Kerala at Thekkady while keeping an eye out for herds of elephants, wild dogs, deer, wild boars, and gaurs during a boat cruise on Periyar Lake. A trip to Thekkady further gives you the chance to enjoy a cultural show and set out on a spice plantation tour.

Day 4

Drive to Alleppey; check in to Houseboat, Enjoy Backwater Cruise & Sunset

On the fourth day, you’ll make a trip to Alleppey, some 160 kilometers away from Thekkady. You’ll relax here for a whole day within the cozy comfort of a traditional wooden boat encircled by glorious views. As you float along the timeless backwaters of Alleppey, breathe in fresh air, admire sunset views, and relish freshly prepared cuisines served onboard.

Day 5

Drive to Kovalam; relax at Kovalam Beach, evening leisure

Today, you’ll be transferred to Kerala’s capital, Trivandrum, where you’ll head to the internationally acclaimed beach resort of Kovalam, with three beaches like Hawa Beach, Samudra Beach, and Lighthouse Beach. After checking in at the hotel, spend the evening at your relaxed pace.

Day 6

Excursion to Kanyakumari (Vivekananda Rock, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Sunset Point)

Today, you’ll visit Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. Tour the celebrated Vivekananda Rock Memorial, dedicated to the great philosopher and spiritual leader, and marvel at the impressive Thiruvalluvar Statue, honoring the legendary Tamil poet and philosopher. Finally, stop at Sunset Point for the most spectacular views of the confluence of the three seas: the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean.

Day 7

Departure

On your final day, check out from your hotel and proceed to Trivandrum Airport with a smooth transfer.

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
