Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kochi, Transfer to Munnar & Check-in; En route Visit Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfall

As you arrive in Kochi, enjoy a convenient transfer to the picturesque hill station of Munnar. En route, stop to marvel at the scintillating Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls and their astonishing surroundings. Once in Munnar, check in to your hotel and unwind in a serene setting.

Day 2

Munnar City Tour

Today, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the serene Mattupetty Dam, the scenic Echo Point, and Eravikulam National Park, which is home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr. Explore the fascinating Tea Museum to acquaint yourself with the region’s fascinating tea heritage, and end the tour at the vibrant Rose Garden.

Day 3

Drive to Thekkady; Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (boat safari), Spice Plantation Tour, and Cultural Show

After hotel check-out, enjoy a scenic drive to Thekkady, celebrated for its rich biodiversity and verdant landscape. Upon arrival, prepare for an enchanting boat safari on Periyar Lake within the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, spotting elephants, deer, wild boars, monkeys, and rare bird species, all in their natural habitat. Later, visit a spice plantation to discover the heavenly aromas and secrets of cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, and other spices. Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
