• These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by us, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.
  
• We will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
  
• Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.
  
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.
  
• Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.
  
• Final travel vouchers will be provided 4 days prior to your departure.
  
• Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  
• The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.
  
• In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).
  
• In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
  
• Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.
