Day 1

Arrival in Chandigarh Pinjore Gardens And Transfer to Manali

Arrive in Chandigarh and begin your journey with a visit to the famous Pinjore Gardens, known for its Mughal-style terraces and lush greenery. Continue your scenic drive towards Manali. En route, stop at the picturesque Pandoh Dam, offering stunning river views. Arrive in Manali, check in, and relax. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 2

Solang Valley Excursion

After breakfast, visit the breathtaking Solang Valley, a hub for adventure activities like paragliding, skiing (seasonal), and zorbing. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and glaciers, the valley is perfect for photography and nature lovers. Return to Manali for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer to Shimla

Check out after breakfast and drive to Shimla, the former summer capital of British India. Enjoy scenic mountain views along the way. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 4

Shimla Sightseeing And Kufri Excursion

After breakfast, explore Shimla and nearby attractions. Visit Kufri, known for its scenic beauty and adventure activities. Continue to the historic Viceregal Lodge, followed by Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, and the iconic Town Hall Shimla. Later, enjoy a stroll along Mall Road Shimla for shopping and local food. Day 5

Shimla to Chandigarh Sightseeing And Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Chandigarh. Explore the famous Rock Garden of Chandigarh, a unique sculpture garden, and relax by the serene Sukhna Lake. Later, proceed to Chandigarh Airport for your departure with wonderful memories.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or an authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
