Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Chandigarh and Transfer to Manali

Arrive in Chandigarh and begin your scenic journey to Manali. The drive is a visual delight, passing through winding mountain roads, river valleys, and charming villages along the Beas River. As you ascend into the Himalayas, the air gets cooler and fresher.

Arrive in Manali by evening, check into your hotel, and unwind amidst the serene mountain surroundings.

Day 2

Manali Local Sightseeing

Today, explore the cultural and spiritual side of Manali:

Visit the peaceful Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, known for its natural hot water springs believed to have healing properties
Explore the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, surrounded by cedar forests and rich in mythology
Discover the vibrant Tibetan Monastery Manali, showcasing Buddhist culture and handicrafts

In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along Mall Road Manali, perfect for shopping, cafés, and local food.

Day 3

Excursion to Solang Valley

Head out to the breathtaking Solang Valley, a haven for adventure enthusiasts.

Enjoy optional activities such as:

Paragliding over snow-covered peaks
Ropeway rides for panoramic Himalayan views
ATV rides and zorbing

During winter, the valley transforms into a snowy playground ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

Return to Manali for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Manali to Kasol via Kullu Valley

After breakfast, drive towards Kasol, passing through the scenic Kullu Valley. Enjoy views of lush green valleys, apple orchards, and the flowing Beas River. You may stop at local shawl factories or riverside cafés along the way.

Arrive in Kasol, a charming village on the banks of the Parvati River, known for its relaxed vibe, scenic beauty, and café culture.

Day 5

Kasol with Manikaran Excursion

Take a short trip to Manikaran, an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Sikhs.

Visit:

The revered Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara
Natural Manikaran Hot Springs, where water boils at high temperatures and is used for cooking in the Gurudwara

Return to Kasol and spend your evening relaxing by the riverside or exploring its popular cafés.

Day 6

Kasol to Chandigarh and Departure

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Chandigarh.

Enjoy the scenic drive back through the mountains before being dropped at the airport/railway station for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Himachal.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
