Day 1

New Delhi to Manali an Overnight Volvo Journey

Your journey starts in the evening from New Delhi, where you board a comfortable Volvo coach bound for Manali. As the city lights fade away, the road gradually winds into the hills, offering glimpses of quiet towns and distant mountain silhouettes. The overnight journey allows you to relax and wake up to a completely different landscape, marking the beginning of your Himalayan experience.

Day 2

Arrival in Manali and Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival in Manali, you are transferred to your hotel where you can freshen up and unwind after the journey. The day unfolds with a gentle introduction to the town’s cultural and spiritual essence. You begin by visiting the serene Tibetan Monastery Manali, where fluttering prayer flags and peaceful surroundings create a calming atmosphere.

From here, you continue to the traditional village of Vashisht to explore the renowned Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, where natural hot water springs are believed to have therapeutic properties. The experience of witnessing steaming water amidst the cool mountain air is truly unique.

Later, you visit the iconic Hadimba Devi Temple, a centuries-old wooden temple surrounded by towering deodar trees. The peaceful forest setting adds a mystical charm to the visit. As evening approaches, you head to Mall Road Manali, the lively heart of the town filled with cafés, shops, and local street food. A relaxed walk through Van Vihar National Park nearby offers a quiet retreat amidst tall trees and a small lake before returning to your hotel for the night.

Day 3

Solang Valley

The third day takes you to the breathtaking Solang Valley, one of the most picturesque spots in the region. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and vast open landscapes, the valley offers a perfect mix of tranquility and thrill. Depending on the season, you may find yourself gliding through the air while paragliding, enjoying panoramic views from a ropeway, or simply walking across snow-covered fields in winter.

The crisp mountain air and stunning scenery make this day one of the most memorable parts of the journey. As the sun begins to set, you return to Manali, carrying with you the excitement and beauty of the valley.

Day 4

Parvati Valley and Kasol with Manikaran Excursion

On this day, you set out on a scenic drive towards Kasol, a small yet captivating village nestled along the banks of the Parvati River. The journey itself is mesmerizing, with winding roads, dense forests, and the constant sound of flowing water accompanying you. Kasol welcomes you with its laid-back vibe, charming cafés, and stunning river views. A short drive further takes you to Manikaran, a place of deep spiritual significance. Here, you visit the revered Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara, where the peaceful atmosphere offers a sense of calm and devotion.

Nearby, the fascinating Manikaran Hot Springs showcase nature’s wonder, with boiling water emerging from the earth and being used for cooking and rituals. After soaking in the spiritual and natural beauty of the region, you return to Manali by evening.

Day 5

Manali to Delhi

Your final day in Manali begins at a relaxed pace. You may choose to explore the local markets once more, pick up souvenirs, or simply enjoy the mountain views one last time. Later in the day, you are transferred to the Volvo stand to board your overnight journey back to New Delhi.

As the bus winds its way down from the hills, it offers a quiet moment to reflect on the experiences, landscapes, and memories gathered over the past few days.

Day 6

Arrival in Delhi

You arrive back in New Delhi in the morning, bringing your Himalayan escape to a close. Though the journey ends here, the memories of snow-capped peaks, serene valleys, and peaceful moments remain with you long after.

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10-15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
