The calm waters and scenic surroundings make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a peaceful start to your trip. You will then visit the famous Rock Garden, a unique artistic space created from industrial and urban waste.   • Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
  • Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
  • Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
  • Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
  • Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
  • Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
  • Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
  • Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.
We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:
• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

  • A minimum advance payment of 25%-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

  • The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
  • Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

  • Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
