Important Information

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2500
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Important note:

Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All the visa approval / rejections is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Booking amount of AED 2500 per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
