• Kindly be informed that the Government of Seychelles has implemented a Tourism Environment Sustainability Levy, applicable as of 01st August 2023 payable directly to the hotel as follows-- SCR 25.00 Small Hotels//SCR75.00 Medium-sized hotes//SCR100.00 Large Hotels, per person per night. Children under 12 years will be exempt from the levy.
• Peak Season surcharge is applicable for 25th & 31st DECEMBER.
• Itinerary Adjustments: The schedule for sightseeing points will be determined by the local operator, considering traffic and weather conditions. All listed points will be covered unless changes or cancellations are made by the clients themselves, which will be non-refundable.
• Tour and Pricing: Prices and tour details are subject to change without notice, especially if the group size decreases from the quoted number.
• Program Deviations: Minor adjustments to the tour program may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, flight schedules, or room availability.
• Additional Charges:Peak date room rates may incur additional charges based on the hotel category.
• Compulsory gala dinners on Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Lunar New Year's Eve will be advised upon booking.
• For groups of 15 or more in 5-star hotels, re-quoting may be required based on the hotel's policy.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

• You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made. 
• Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure 
• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents. 
• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
• Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking. 
• The balance payment must be made 25 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. 

• Child rates shall be applicable based on age at the time of travel
• Child sharing existing bedding / extra bed policy will be as per hotel norms
• Final child cost will be advised at the time of quotation request with age details
