Day 1
Arrival in Madurai & Journey to Kodaikanal, the Palani Hills
Welcome to Madurai! After
a professional meet-and-greet, you will be transferred to the quaint hill town
of Kodaikanal. Enjoy a relaxing drive through the lush Palani Hills, taking in
the refreshing air and stunning scenery. Upon arrival, check in to your room
and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.
Day 2
Kodaikanal Exploration
Today, set out to
discover Kodaikanal’s top claims to fame. Begin your day at Coaker’s Walk,
taking in the compelling views of misty hills and rolling hills. You’ll next
tour Bryant Park to be in awe of its vibrant blooms. Finally, stop at the
renowned Kodaikanal Lake, where you can unwind or even opt for a serene boat
ride.
Day 3
Kodaikanal to Madurai & Temple Exploration, Meenakshi Amman Temple
After hotel check-out,
you’ll travel back to Madurai, where you’ll visit one of its most visited and
venerated shrines, Meenakshi Amman Temple. Immerse yourself in its spiritual
ambiance while appreciating its intricate architecture. As the tour ends, check
in to your room and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 4
Madurai to Rameswaram & Sacred Sites Ramanathaswamy Temple, Dhanushkodi, Rama Setu
Depart from Madurai and
journey to one of Tamil Nadu’s most sacred spots, Rameswaram. Upon arrival,
head out for a sightseeing excursion that begins at the revered Ramanathaswamy
Temple and continues to the ghost town of Dhanushkodi, which leaves you in awe
with its enigmatic charm and historical significance. Your tour comes to an end
with a visit to Rama Setu (Adam’s Bridge), an attraction steeped in a
mythological background.
Day 5
Rameswaram to Kanyakumari & Sunset Spectacle, Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the majestic Thiruvalluvar Statue
Today, check out of the
hotel and enjoy a pleasant drive towards Kanyakumari. See some of the region’s
top attractions, mainly the iconic Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which sits amid the
confluence of three seas, and the towering Thiruvalluvar Statue. Wind down the
day watching the unrivaled sunset views and checking in to your room for a
relaxing overnight stay.
Day 6
Kanyakumari to Kovalam & Beach Leisure
Leave Kanyakumari and
journey to Kovalam, a coastal paradise in Kerala’s capital (Trivandrum). Check
in to your room here and unwind the rest of the day at a leisurely pace,
strolling along its golden shores, relaxing by the waves, or simply soaking in
its tranquil setting.
Day 7
Departure from Trivandrum
After breakfast and check
out of your hotel, your holiday concludes when our representative will transfer
you to Trivandrum Airport or railway station.
