Itinerary

Day 1

Madrid

Welcome to Madrid! Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure until the welcome meeting with your guide (details available at the hotel reception). In the evening, enjoy an orientation transfer to Plaza Mayor and the lively La Latina district, renowned for tapas bars and vibrant nightlife. Choose from a variety of international and local dining options.

Day 2

Madrid

This morning, embark on a comprehensive city tour of Madrid, featuring landmarks such as Paseo del Prado, Cibeles Fountain, Neptuno Fountain, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. Visit the beautiful El Retiro Park, including its lake and the stunning Crystal Palace. Admission is included to the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid. Afternoon at leisure. Return transfer to the hotel in the evening.

Day 3

Madrid – Zaragoza – Poblet – Barcelona

Travel through the region of Aragón to Zaragoza, where you will admire the magnificent Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. Continue to the historic Poblet Monastery (entrance included), one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in Europe. Arrive in Barcelona in the evening.

Day 4

Barcelona

Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Barcelona, a vibrant Mediterranean city famous for its modernist architecture and the works of Gaudí. See highlights including Las Ramblas and the Olympic areas. The tour concludes at Maremagnum, a lively waterfront leisure complex near Columbus Square. Afternoon at leisure. Return to the hotel at the end of the day.

Day 5

Barcelona – Paris

Transfer to the station for your included high-speed train journey to Paris (approximately 6 hours). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. *The train journey will be without a tour guide.

Day 6

Paris

Visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles (entrance not included), celebrated for its opulent interiors and spectacular gardens. Return to Paris to explore Montmartre, the artistic heart of the city. Complete the day with a guided panoramic city tour showcasing Paris’s grand avenues and iconic landmarks. Optional evening variety show available.

Day 7

Paris

Begin your day with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, including access to the second floor. Later, enjoy a scenic cruise along the Seine. Afternoon at leisure to explore the city independently. Your memorable journey concludes today. Please verify your flight timings in case an additional night stay is required.

Important Information

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with a flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like a valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)

Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
