Itinerary

Day 1

Madrid

Welcome to Madrid! Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a transfer to Plaza Mayor and the lively La Latina district, famous for its tapas bars and vibrant nightlife. Choose from a variety of international and local dining options.

Day 2

Madrid

Discover the highlights of Madrid on a guided city tour, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles Fountain, Neptuno Fountain, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor. Visit the beautiful Retiro Park and see the iconic Crystal Palace. Admission is included to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3

Madrid – Zaragoza – Poblet – Barcelona

Travel to Zaragoza to visit the impressive Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. Continue to Poblet Abbey (entrance included), one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval monasteries. Later, proceed to Barcelona for overnight stay.

Day 4

Barcelona

Enjoy a panoramic tour of Barcelona, a Mediterranean city renowned for its modernist architecture and vibrant culture. Explore its famous avenues and landmarks before spending time at Maremagnum by the waterfront near Columbus Monument. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 5

Barcelona – Paris

Transfer to the station for your high-speed train journey to Paris (approx. 6 hours). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 6

Paris

Excursion to the magnificent Palace of Versailles (entrance not included). Later, visit the artistic district of Montmartre. Enjoy a guided panoramic city tour showcasing Paris’ grand boulevards and iconic landmarks. Optional evening cabaret show available.

Day 7

Paris

Visit the iconic Eiffel Tower with access to the 2nd floor (included). Later, enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Seine River. Afternoon free for independent exploration.

Day 8

Paris – Beaune – Lyon

Travel through the Burgundy wine region, stopping in Beaune for free time. Continue to Lyon, a UNESCO-listed city. Ride the cable car to Notre-Dame de Fourvière for panoramic views. Evening at leisure.

Day 9

Lyon – Geneva – Zurich

Proceed to Geneva, passing the Palace of Nations and viewing the famous Jet d'Eau. Continue through scenic Swiss landscapes, stopping in Neuchâtel (subject to operation). Arrive in Zurich by late afternoon.

Day 10

Zurich

Guided tour of Zurich, Switzerland’s financial and cultural hub. Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Zurich with a stop at Rapperswil, known for its medieval castle. Return to Zurich by train.

Day 11

Zurich – Grindelwald – Lucerne – Zurich

Experience the breathtaking Swiss Alps region. Visit Grindelwald and ascend by cable car to a mountain viewpoint with a suspended bridge. Lunch included. Continue to Lucerne for free time before returning to Zurich. Optional excursion to Mount Titlis available.

Day 12

Zurich – Bellinzona – Como – Milan

Travel through the Alps to Bellinzona, famous for its UNESCO-listed castles. Continue into Italy with a stop in Como by the lake. Arrive in Milan and visit Piazza del Duomo before hotel transfer.

Day 13

Milan – Pisa – Rome

Travel to Pisa and visit the Piazza dei Miracoli to admire the Leaning Tower. Continue to Rome for overnight stay.

Day 14

Rome

Guided tour of Rome including views of the Arch of Constantine, Colosseum (exterior), Roman Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla and Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour concludes in Vatican City with an optional visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Evening transfer to Trastevere district.

Rome

Child Policy:

Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility.

The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, and are valid for one child per adult, aged 3 to 15, and only combinable with the triple room discount:

Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. Includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance only (see coverage and exclusions). Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to request and availability of suitable cabins. Important: On Privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours)
Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with a flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like a valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

A booking amount 50% will be required at the time of booking (no less than €200 per person)

Balance payment to be completed, at least 50 days prior to departure, failing which the services may be released without any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Penalties will apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and as specified in the contract:

From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the 50% payment is non-refundable.
Between 60 and 36 days before the start of the tour: 75% penalty.
Less than 36 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
