Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before the departure date – AED 5000
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Booking amount of AED 5000 per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
