Day 1

Manali to Jispa via Atal Tunnel

Begin your adventurous journey from Manali towards Jispa, travelling through the iconic Atal Tunnel. The drive takes you through changing landscapes, from green valleys to rugged mountain terrain, offering scenic views throughout the route. On arrival at Jispa, check in to your hotel or camp and relax amidst the peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in Jispa.

Day 2

Jispa to Leh – High-Altitude Road Journey

After an early breakfast, start your long but spectacular drive towards Leh. This route is one of the most thrilling Himalayan road journeys, passing through high mountain passes and dramatic landscapes. Enjoy the raw beauty of Ladakh as you gradually enter the region. Reach Leh by evening, check into your hotel, and rest well after the journey. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3

Leh – Sham Valley Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Sham Valley, also known as the “Apricot Valley of Ladakh.” Visit popular attractions along the route, including monasteries and scenic viewpoints, while enjoying the calm beauty of the Indus Valley. After completing the sightseeing, return to Leh by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 4

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, drive towards the beautiful Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La Pass at 18,390 feet, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views and snow-covered landscapes along the way. On arrival in Nubra Valley, check in to your accommodation and relax. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 5

Nubra Valley – Turtuk Excursion

Today, explore the charming border villages of Turtuk, including areas near Zero Point and Thang Village. Known for its unique culture, greenery, and warm locals, Turtuk offers a completely different side of Ladakh. After a memorable day, return to Nubra Valley by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 6

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast, travel towards the stunning Pangong Lake. The journey takes you through remote mountain terrain and offers breathtaking views throughout the drive. Arrive at Pangong Lake and witness its crystal-clear blue waters that change shades with the sunlight. Spend peaceful moments by the lake before checking in for dinner and an overnight stay near Pangong.

Day 7

Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La

Wake up early to enjoy the serene morning views of Pangong Lake. After breakfast, begin your return journey to Leh via Chang La Pass, one of the highest mountain passes in the region. Day 8

Departure from Leh

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
