Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Leh – Relax and Acclimatize

On arrival at Leh Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. The holiday unfolds gently to allow your body to adjust to Leh’s sky-high setting. Spend the day unwinding, enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings, or taking a short evening walk to explore the nearby town. Absorb the fresh Himalayan air and stunning sunset views before returning to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the fascinating sights around Leh. Visit the famous Magnetic Hills, where vehicles appear to move uphill on their own, and the spiritual Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, known for its serene atmosphere. Discover other nearby landmarks and take in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Journey from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, drive to the scenic Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable roads at 18,390 feet. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views along the way as you descend into the lush Nubra Valley. Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation, relax, and enjoy the calm atmosphere. Dinner and an overnight stay will be in Nubra Valley.

Day 4

Nubra Valley – Turtuk Village Excursion

Today, take a trip to Turtuk Village, a charming settlement near the Indo-Pak border, known for its unique culture and stunning landscapes. Explore the village, interact with locals, and enjoy the picturesque scenery. Return to your hotel in Nubra Valley for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Syok River

After an early breakfast, begin your drive to the spectacular Pangong Lake, passing alongside the Syok River, which offers incredible scenic views. Arrive at Pangong Lake and marvel at its crystal-clear waters that change color with the sunlight. Spend time relaxing, capturing photos, and enjoying the serene environment. Dinner and overnight stay will be near Pangong Lake.

Day 6

Pangong Lake to Leh via Thiksey Monastery & Chang La Pass

After breakfast, drive back to Leh. En route, visit Thiksey Monastery, an architectural marvel perched on a hill, and cross the high-altitude Chang La Pass, taking in more breathtaking views. Arrive in Leh by evening, check in to your hotel, and enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 7

Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward journey. Depart with lifelong memories of the majestic mountains, serene valleys, cultural treasures, and stunning lakes, making this Ladakh trip an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
