The journey begins with arrival and acclimatization in Leh, followed by visits to ancient monasteries and scenic high-altitude drives. Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Leisure

Upon arrival at Leh Airport, meet our representative before proceeding to your hotel on a smooth transfer. The rest of the day is reserved to help you gradually adjust to the high-altitude environment of Ladakh. Take time to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and soak in the fresh mountain air. You may step out in the evening for a short walk nearby to get a feel of Leh town before returning to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2

Exploring Leh Monasteries & Heritage

After breakfast, we set off to explore the spiritual and cultural highlights of Leh. The day takes you through some of Ladakh’s most revered monasteries and historic sites, where you can admire traditional architecture, serene prayer halls, and sweeping valley views. These visits offer a deeper understanding of Ladakhi culture and Buddhist traditions. By evening, return to Leh to relax at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

Day 3

Scenic Journey to Pangong Lake

Start early after breakfast for a memorable drive to the stunning Pangong Lake, located at an altitude of around 14,000 feet. The route passes through dramatic mountain landscapes and high-altitude terrain, making the journey as beautiful as the destination itself. Upon arrival, witness the mesmerizing blue waters of Pangong Lake, which change shades throughout the day. Spend peaceful moments by the lakeside before heading back to Leh in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, begin your journey to the picturesque Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La Pass at 18,390 feet, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The drive offers breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks and rugged mountain roads. As you descend into Nubra Valley, the landscape changes dramatically, welcoming you with vast open spaces and natural beauty. Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation, relax, and enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 5

Nubra Valley to Leh

Wake up to the peaceful atmosphere of Nubra Valley and enjoy breakfast before starting the return journey to Leh. The drive once again takes you through scenic mountain roads and high passes, offering ample opportunities to admire Ladakh’s raw beauty. Reach Leh by evening and spend your final night relaxing at the hotel, reminiscing about the incredible experiences of the trip.

Day 6

Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Leave Ladakh with unforgettable memories of serene monasteries, breathtaking lakes, dramatic mountain passes, and the unique charm of Nubra Valley, making this journey a truly enriching Himalayan experience.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
