Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Leisure

Arrive at Leh Airport and enjoy a seamless transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is reserved for rest, helping you adjust comfortably to the region’s high-altitude climate. Spend the day resting at the hotel and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, you may take a short walk nearby to experience the calm vibes of Leh town and enjoy the cool mountain air. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Leh.

Day 2

Leh Monastery Exploration

After breakfast, head out to explore the cultural and spiritual side of Ladakh with a monastery excursion around Leh. Visit some of the region’s most important monasteries, known for their beautiful hilltop locations, ancient architecture, and serene prayer halls. These places offer stunning views of the surrounding valleys and give you a glimpse into Ladakh’s rich Buddhist heritage. After completing the sightseeing, they return to Leh by evening for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, begin your journey to the enchanting Nubra Valley, crossing the famous Khardung La Pass at 18,390 feet. The drive is an unforgettable experience, filled with dramatic mountain views and winding roads through high-altitude landscapes. As you descend into Nubra Valley, you will notice a striking change in scenery, with wide open spaces and lush riverbeds. On arrival, check in at your hotel or camp, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 4

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

After an early breakfast, continue your adventure with a scenic drive from Nubra Valley to the stunning Pangong Lake. The route takes you through remote mountain terrain and offers breathtaking views throughout the journey. By afternoon, arrive at Pangong Lake, at an altitude of around 14,000 feet, famous for its crystal-clear waters that change colors with the sunlight. Spend peaceful moments by the lake, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. Dinner and an overnight stay will be near Pangong Lake.

Day 5

Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La

Wake up early to witness the serene morning views of Pangong Lake before breakfast. Later, begin your return journey to Leh via Chang La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the region. The drive offers spectacular views of snow-covered peaks and rugged landscapes. Reach Leh by evening, check in at your hotel, and enjoy your final dinner in Ladakh, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 6

Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of high mountain passes, peaceful monasteries, dramatic valleys, and the magical beauty of Pangong Lake, making this Ladakh journey a truly memorable Himalayan experience.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
