Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Leisure

As you arrive at Leh Airport, you will be greeted and taken to your hotel. Leh’s high altitude makes the day light, allowing your body to adjust comfortably. Take this time to relax, soak in the calm mountain atmosphere, and recover from your journey. In the evening, you may step out for a slow walk around Leh Market, explore cozy cafés, and browse local souvenir shops. Breathe in the crisp Himalayan air and enjoy the peaceful sunset views before heading back to the hotel for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 2

Leh Monastery Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a cultural and scenic monastery tour of Leh, covering some of the most famous and spiritually significant landmarks of Ladakh. Visit Shey Palace and Monastery, the former royal residence offering panoramic views of the Indus Valley, followed by Thiksey Monastery, one of the largest and most impressive monasteries in central Ladakh, known for its striking architecture and serene atmosphere. Later, explore Hemis Monastery, the biggest monastery in Ladakh, renowned for its rich heritage and peaceful surroundings. After completing the sightseeing, return to Leh by evening and relax at the hotel with dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Excursion to Khardung La Pass – The World’s Highest Motorable Road

After an early breakfast, we set out on an exciting excursion to khardung La Pass, located at an altitude of 18,390 feet and famous as one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The drive offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and rugged landscapes, making it a dream experience for young travelers and couples seeking adventure in Ladakh. Spend some time at the top capturing memorable photographs and enjoying the thrill of being at such an iconic high-altitude destination. Later, descend back to Leh by evening, where you can unwind at the hotel with dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of your Ladakh journey, including peaceful monasteries, thrilling high-altitude adventures, and beautiful moments spent amidst the majestic Himalayas. Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
