Day 2

Manali to Sarchu via Atal Tunnel

After an early breakfast, drive towards Sarchu via the Atal Tunnel, crossing stunning landscapes of Lahaul Valley. En route, enjoy views of high mountain passes and barren terrain. Reach Sarchu by evening; it’s located on the Manali–Leh highway. Overnight stay in camps.

Sarchu to Tso Moriri Lake

Pangong Lake to Nubra Valley via Shyok

Wake up early to witness the sunrise at Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via the scenic Shyok route. Reach Nubra Valley and explore Hunder Village and sand dunes. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 9

Leh to Kargil

Post breakfast, drive to Kargil via the Leh–Kargil highway. En route, visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and Indus–Zanskar Sangam, and enjoy scenic views of the Indus Valley. Reach Kargil by evening. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 10

Kargil to Srinagar via Sonmarg

Kargil to Srinagar via Sonmarg

After breakfast, proceed towards Srinagar via the beautiful Sonmarg Valley. Enjoy lush green landscapes, rivers, and mountain scenery as you enter Kashmir. Arrive in Srinagar by evening and check into your hotel or houseboat. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

  • Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc
  • You will have to pay a refundable security amount of INR 8000 per bike. This security amount would be refunded to you after you have returned the bike and final inspection of the bike has been done by our on ground vendor/partner. Any damage to the bike would be deducted from your security deposit. If the damages exceed the security deposit amount, you would be liable to pay the balance amount to our on ground vendor on the spot.
  • If you are unable to continue to ride the bike during the trip for any given reason, or if you decide the leave the bike at any given point during the itinerary, we will have to charge a transport fee to bring the bike back. The transport fee would depend entirely on the location where you decide to discontinue riding the bike. This amount would have to be settled on the spot and could also be deducted from your security amount if not settled immediately.
  • Please note that you are supposed to carry a Rucksack to carry your luggage and only upto 10 kg per person would be allowed. Anything exceeding that would attract a penalty of INR 500/KG.


SAFETY GEARS:

  • Riding Gears are Mandatory for bike riders. (Compulsory for both Rider and pillion Rider)
  • Full face helmets. Provided along with bike in case of rented bike
  • Winter Biking Gloves, Knee Pads and Elbow Pads (Available on rental basis)
  • Rain Coat
  • Boots and Boots Cover / Gum Boots


DOCUMENTS:

  • Itinerary Printout (at least 2)
  • Two passport size photographs copy of passport and visa, copy of international drivers permit (For foreign National)
  • At least 4 Copies of Photo ID proof for all members. (Pan Card is not Valid ID proof)
  • Valid driving Licence in case you are driving/riding. (Pillion rider don’t need it)
  • Bike / Car paper (In case you bringing your own bike/ Car)

  • Mobile phone, BSNL post-paid number if possible,Otherwise Airtel, Jio post-paid also work most places, BSNL work in most of the terrains.

  • Recommended for remote areas – Small water bottle 500 ml

CLOTHING KIT:

  • Backpack Allowed Only (NO suitcase or NO Trolley Bag Allowed)
  • Best way to choose clothes is – Spread all your clothes you wanted to carry for trip on bed. Now remove 50% out as per priority. Now you got the best clothes. Avoid too much of clothes you will end up wearing half of it. But you will end up wasting lots of time in packing and unpacking while others will be enjoying outside
  • 1 Towel CL
  • 4 – 6 Pairs of socks (woollen)
  • 1 pair of flip flops
  • At least two light jackets
  • Warm head cover, ear covers & Forehead covers (To avoid getting AMS in high altitude due to cold winds)
  • 2 heavy woolen Jacket
  • Woollen hand gloves
  • At least 1-2 pairs of thermal – Most useful thing. This way your bag comes down to half its size.
  • Rain coat – A Must thing. Even if it’s not raining it will save you from cold winds, mud and water on roads.
  • 2-3 Jeans / Track pants (If you want more comfort) and 3 to 4 T shirt


30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.
20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.
Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

  • Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

  • Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

  • Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
