Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Srinagar, the beautiful capital of Kashmir, and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. If time permits, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour, covering famous attractions such as Dal Lake, Mughal Gardens, and local markets. Experience the charm of Srinagar’s serene landscapes before an overnight stay.

Day 2

Srinagar to Kargil via Sonmarg

After breakfast, begin a scenic drive to Kargil via Sonmarg and the historic Zoji La Pass. This route offers stunning mountain views, glaciers, and lush valleys, making it one of the most picturesque road journeys in the Himalayas. Reach Kargil by evening for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Kargil to Leh via Lamayuru

Travel from Kargil to Leh via Lamayuru, known for its dramatic moonland terrain and ancient Lamayuru Monastery. The journey showcases Ladakh’s rugged beauty and unique landscapes. Arrive in Leh by evening and check in at your hotel.

Day 4

Nubra Valley to Turtuk & Back

Travel to the charming village of Turtuk, known for its unique culture, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful apricot farms. After exploring the village, return to Nubra Valley for the night.

Day 5

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok

Drive from Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake using the picturesque Shyok River route. Witness dramatic landscapes along the way before arriving at the world-famous lake, celebrated for its changing shades of blue. Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

Day 6

Pangong Lake to Hanle

After breakfast, continue your journey towards Hanle, a remote and tranquil region of Ladakh known for its vast open spaces and clear skies. Reach Hanle by evening and relax. Overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 7

Hanle – Excursion to Umlingla Pass

Set out on an adventurous ride to Umlingla Pass, recognized as the world’s highest motorable road. Experience extreme altitude landscapes and thrilling mountain views before returning to Hanle. Overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 8

Hanle to Leh

Begin your return drive to Leh, passing through wide plains and untouched Himalayan scenery. Reach Leh by evening and enjoy some free time. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 9

Fly Out from Leh

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight, ending your unforgettable Ladakh journey.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.

For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.

Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
