Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
- You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
- Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
- Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
- You are requested to check in online prior to the departure
Important note:
- The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
- Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
- In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
- Any visa approval / rejection is subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
- Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy and Airline. Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
- If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
- Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight & hotel cancellation and refund will be as per the policies of airline, hotel etc.
