Kuala Lumpur Observation Deck

KL Tower, originally known as Menara Kuala Lumpur, rises 421 metres above Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve and ranks among the tallest telecommunication towers in the world, visible from most parts of the city. This ticket covers entry to the Observation Deck, reached by a high-speed elevator that climbs to 276 metres in under a minute, plus roundtrip hotel transfers.

The enclosed Observation Deck gives a 360-degree view over Kuala Lumpur's skyline, including the Petronas Twin Towers, with sightlines stretching towards Pahang and Genting Highlands on a clear day. From here you can add on paid upgrades such as the glass-floored Sky Box, the open-air Sky Deck, or the Tower Walk 100 along the tower's outer edge, each pushing the view further out over the city.

Inside the tower, other attractions such as the XD Theatre, the F1 Simulation Zone, a mini aquarium and a small zoo are available at an extra cost, alongside a documentary on the tower's construction and a revolving restaurant near the top for those who want to extend the visit.

1. Receive your ticket confirmation voucher by email shortly after booking.
2. Check your spam or junk folder, or contact online support, if it has not arrived.
3. Download the voucher and present it at the KL Tower entrance.

• Children aged 0 to 3 enter free of charge.
• The voucher is valid only on the date booked, with last admission at 21:30.
• This ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed once booked.
• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
• Personal bags are not permitted on the Sky Terrace for safety reasons.
• Opening hours are 09:00 to 22:00 daily.
• Driver details for your roundtrip transfer are shared with you by email or message the day before your visit.
• Be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time; the driver will contact you on arrival.
