Guests are required to wait at the hotel entrance at the scheduled pickup time.
Due to heavy traffic in Istanbul, transfers may be delayed by up to 1 hour on some days.Guests are kindly requested to be ready in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pickup time to avoid any delays.
