Important Information

Amendments & Changes:
Changes after deposit or full payment may incur administrative and service fees. Some changes (e.g. name changes) may be treated as cancellations.

Travel Documents:
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity is required. Guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are included in the cruise fare, except for spa and wellness services.

Infant & Child Policy:
Infants must be at least 1 year old at the time of sailing. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the same suite. The cruise line does not provide childcare supervision.

Pregnancy Policy:
Guests who are 24 weeks pregnant or more at the time of sailing are not permitted to travel. A medical certificate is required for those under 24 weeks confirming fitness to travel.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed in staterooms, balconies, or indoor areas. It is only permitted in designated outdoor and specific onboard areas.

General Conditions:
Cruise line reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or inclusions without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Date of Confirmation: 25% of the total amount is required upon confirmation.
76 Days Prior to Departure: Full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:
From confirmation up to 90 days before departure: 35% of the total amount.
Between 90 and 61 days before departure: 40% of the total amount.
Between 60 and 45 days before departure: 55% of the total amount.
Between 44 and 21 days before departure: 75% of the total amount.
Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of the total amount.
