Regulatory Permissions:

In such cases, we may delay or cancel the tour entirely, if conditions are not deemed safe or permissions are not granted in full.
Passenger safety is our top priority, and we do not take unnecessary risks under any circumstances.
In case DGCA, State Government, or any regulatory authority mandates a reduction in the passenger capacity of the helicopter (for example, reducing from 6 pax to 4 pax) at any time before departure, then the cost difference for the reduced seats will be distributed equally among the remaining passengers, and the extra cost must be paid before boarding.
