• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation; time slots are guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; children requiring a separate seat are charged as per applicable rates.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle or during the tour.
