Day 1

Arrival in Hanoi | Leisure

As you arrive at Noi Bai Airport, you'll be privately transferred to your hotel, where you can check in by 2:00 PM. Spend the afternoon and evening at your leisure. Suggested visits include the serene Hoan Kiem Lake and the historic Ngoc Son Temple, both offering captivating sights ideal for a leisurely stroll. Explore the vibrant Old Quarter, where bustling streets meet historic charm. Conclude your day with an overnight stay in the comfort of your hotel.

Day 2

Ninh Binh Excursion (Lunch included)

A morning drive to Ninh Binh, located 120 km from Hanoi, ensures a perfect start to your second day. The first stop is at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, followed by a visit to the stunning Bai Dinh Pagoda, renowned as Vietnam’s largest pagoda. For lunch, savor the local flavors by trying Ninh Binh's specialty goat dishes at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy a tranquil boat ride through Trang An, navigating serene limestone caves and scenic waterways. Next, trek up to Mua Cave, tackling 500 steps, and be rewarded with an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the rice fields and Tam Coc’s picturesque landscape. Day 3

Halong Bay Day Tour (Lunch included)

A pick-up from your hotel between 08:00 and 08:30 AM will take you on a city exploration. Begin your journey at the ancient Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest in Hanoi, dating back to the 6th century. Continue to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, visiting the Mausoleum from the outside if it's closed, and explore the Presidential House and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. You’ll next check out Vietnam’s diverse cultures at the Vietnam Ethnology Museum, or opt for the Women’s Museum if it's a Monday.
Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, savoring eight different Vietnamese specialties, and then visit the Temple of Literature, known as Vietnam’s first university. Gain historical insights at the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, famously dubbed the "Hanoi Hilton" during the Vietnam War. End your tour as you return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4

Fly Hanoi → Da Nang

Start your morning with breakfast at your hotel in Hanoi and enjoy some leisure time before your transfer to the airport for a flight to Da Nang. The afternoon begins with a pick-up around noon from your hotel in Da Nang, taking you to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. You’ll next ride traditional bamboo basket boats through peaceful waterways lined with coconut palms, learn fishing techniques, engage in water activities, and delve into the lifestyle of local fishermen. Later, you'll head to Hoi An Ancient Town for a stroll through its enchanting lantern-lit streets. Visit the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall with its striking gates and family altar, explore centuries-old merchant houses like Tan Ky or Phung Hung, and admire the historic Japanese Covered Bridge. Discover local handicraft shops, galleries, and neighborhoods before enjoying dinner featuring Hoi An's specialty dishes. Day 5

Ba Na Hills Excursion with a Cable car ride, French Village, Golden Bridge, Fantasy Park & Le Jardin Gardens

On the fifth day, begin your morning with a pick-up from the hotel and transfer to Ba Na Hills, where you'll ride the world’s longest cable car, offering breathtaking mountain views. In the late morning, explore attractions like the French Village, Lunar Castle, and Eclipse Square. Enjoy a buffet lunch at a Ba Na Hills restaurant before spending your afternoon with free time at Fantasy Park, walking the iconic Golden Bridge, and visiting the serene Le Jardin Gardens. Day 6

Departure

Later, check out of the hotel and head to the airport on a relaxed transfer for your flight back to India.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Rayna Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.
Rayna Tours will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.
Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.
Final travel vouchers will be provided 4 days prior to your departure.
Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.
In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).
In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.
The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.
Price is based on the quoted hotels, transport, and sightseeing options. Any change in category or services will affect the final cost.

Amendment Policy
Amendments to dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Changes requested within 20 days of departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Travel Documents & Visa
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Obtaining visas is the responsibility of the passenger unless stated otherwise.
The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Special Requests
Meal preferences, adjoining rooms, early check-ins or specific seat allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services.
Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
Booking made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Flights full payment needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Non-Operational Sightseeing or Activities
In the event that a paid activity is rendered inoperative due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be initiated. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable in such situations.
For complimentary activities (not charged to the guest), no refund will be applicable.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure Events
In the event of trip cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, Rayna will make every effort to obtain the highest possible refund. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of our service providers, trade partners, and vendors involved in the booking.

Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions
In case of an official travel ban for Indian nationals to the booked destination, guests will be offered either an alternative itinerary or, where possible, a rescheduled trip to a later date. Seasonal surcharges may apply in such cases.
