Aventura Parks Dubai is a high-ropes adventure park set among mature ghaf trees inside Mushrif Park, spread over 35,000 square metres with more than 80 obstacles across five courses, from a gentle course for younger children up to the toughest, Extreme level.

Each course is rated by difficulty and minimum height, so you pick a circuit to match your group. Rangers and Explorador suit families and younger children, with challenges from 1.05 metres upward, while Thriller introduces short ziplines at height. Aventura steps up to medium-level obstacles, and Extreme, the hardest course, includes a 25 metre Tarzan jump. Standalone challenges add to the day: the Leap of Faith sends you up a six metre pole, the Himalaya climbing wall reaches 12 metres with views over the park, Cat Walk tests your balance on a blindfolded plank crossing, and Jacob's Ladder needs two people working together to climb it.

An expert crew fits your harness, briefs you on the equipment, and supervises the courses throughout, with safety gear that follows EU regulations. Rayna Tours handles the ticket booking and can add a hotel transfer to Mushrif Park if you would rather not drive yourself.

1. Your booking voucher arrives by email after booking; check your spam folder if it does not appear.
2. Present the voucher on your phone or printed at the Aventura Parks entrance, along with your booked circuit selection.
3. Separately, pay Mushrif Park's own entrance fee via NOL card at the park gate before heading to Aventura Parks.

• Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Book the circuit that matches your height: the youngest kids' course requires 1.05 to 1.25 metres, and the other circuits step up from 1.15 metres to a minimum of 1.6 metres for access to all five circuits.
• Guests weighing more than 100 kg are fitted with an all-in waist-chest harness instead of the standard one; the maximum permitted weight is 130 kg for adults and 100 kg for children.
• People of determination are not permitted to take part in the park's activities, per the operator's policy.
• Long hair must be tied up before starting any course.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the park, and heavy luggage cannot be brought onto the courses.
• The ticket does not cover Mushrif Park's own entrance charge, which is collected separately by Dubai Municipality via NOL card at the park gate.
• The park operates Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.
• Courses may be paused if equipment is non-operational or weather conditions are unsafe.
• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your visit.
