Day 1

NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport to Darjeeling

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport, begin your scenic drive to Darjeeling. The journey takes you through lush tea gardens, winding mountain roads, and misty valleys, offering a refreshing start to your trip. After reaching Darjeeling, check into your hotel and unwind while enjoying the serene Himalayan atmosphere.

Day 2

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill

Start early with a visit to Tiger Hill to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over the majestic Kanchenjunga. The day continues with visits to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park. You will also explore Tenzing Rock, enjoy the scenic ropeway ride, visit the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, and admire tea gardens along with a peaceful stop at the Japanese Temple.

Day 3

Darjeeling to Kalimpong with Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed to Kalimpong, a charming hill station known for its panoramic views and colonial charm. Upon arrival, enjoy a local sightseeing tour covering Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, the Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills, and the Pine View Nursery. Day 4

Kalimpong to Gangtok with Half Day Sightseeing

Begin your journey to Gangtok, enjoying scenic views of rivers and valleys along the way. Upon arrival, proceed for a half-day city tour covering the Flower Show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. Continue to visit Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery, and the picturesque Banjakhri Falls before checking into your hotel for the evening.

Day 5

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

Today, embark on an excursion to the stunning Tsomgo Lake, located at a high altitude and surrounded by snow-clad mountains. Continue further to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a revered spiritual and historical site. This excursion requires permits with valid identification documents, and in case of unfavorable weather or landslides, alternate sightseeing arrangements will be provided.

Day 6

Gangtok to Lachung

After breakfast, drive towards Lachung, a picturesque village in North Sikkim. The journey is filled with scenic landscapes, waterfalls, and mountain views, offering a truly adventurous experience. Due to the challenging road conditions, travel is typically done in suitable vehicles, and necessary permits with identification documents are required. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and relax amidst the tranquil surroundings.

Day 7

Excursion to Yumthang Valley

Today, visit the breathtaking Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and vibrant seasonal blooms, this high-altitude valley offers mesmerizing views and a refreshing natural escape. After spending time exploring the valley, return to Lachung and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Day 8

Lachung to Gangtok

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Gangtok. The drive once again treats you to scenic Himalayan landscapes, waterfalls, and winding mountain roads. Upon arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9

Gangtok to NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport

After breakfast, transfer to NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport for your onward journey. Your memorable trip through the beautiful hills of Sikkim and West Bengal comes to an end, leaving you with unforgettable experiences of the Eastern Himalayas.

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or an authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
