Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Dammam

Upon arrival at Dammam Airport, proceed to Passport Control for immigration followed by baggage collection and clearing customs formalities. After baggage collection, walk towards the arrival lounge where you shall be met by our representative who will assist while transferring to hotel and check in formalities. rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Dammam/Khobar.

Day 2

Dammam & Khobar city tour

Immerse yourself in the cultural richness of Dammam with a full day city tour, we will start our day by capturing the scenic beauty of Dammam Corniche later we will head to visit Dammam Museum & Heritage village, later transition to Al-Khobar for a vibrant city tour, followed by an enriching visit to Ithra near Aramco. Relish Traditional Arabic Food at local restaurant (cost not included), Afternoon adventures include exploring the Khobar Corniche, King Fahd Park and a walk along Half moon bay. Dress comfortably, follow the schedule, and enjoy a day of immersive exploration in Dammam and Al-Khobar.

Day 3

Excursion to Al Ahsa

Today morning we drive to the outskirts of Dammam towards the Oasis city of Al Ahsa also declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its gardens, canals, and wells. Inhabited since the Neolithic period, it is considered the largest oasis in the world, with nearly three million date palms.

Arrive in Al Hofuf, the main city of the oasis, We begin the tour by visiting the Ibrahim Palace, a historic fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) dominated by its white mosque, built in 1556 by the Ottomans. Afterward, we’ll visit the House of Allegiance, which showcases a small palace typical of the oasis region.

We’ll then head to the lively area surrounding the Mulhairis Palace, known for its numerous restaurants, shops, and parks frequented by the locals. Next, we continue through the oasis toward Al Qara, a historic site and a spectacular natural landscape filled with labyrinths, narrow canyons, and caves carved into the mountain — you’ll feel as if you’re walking inside it. The temperature here remains constant throughout the year at around 25°C (77°F), later we will stroll through the elegant Al Qaisariya Souk, one of the oldest markets in Arabia, which reflects the commercial tradition of the region. Return back to Dammam for overnight stay.

Day 4

Departure transfer

Morning after breakfast, transfer to the airport in time to board your return flight.

We want your travel experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please go through these important points before your travel.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Rayna Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.

Rayna Tours will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.

Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.

Final travel vouchers will be provided 4 days prior to your departure.

Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.

In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).

In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.

Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.

The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.

Price is based on the quoted hotels, transport, and sightseeing options. Any change in category or services will affect the final cost.

Amendment Policy

Amendments to dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Changes requested within 20 days of departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

Travel Documents & Visa

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Obtaining visas is the responsibility of the passenger unless stated otherwise.

The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Special Requests

Meal preferences, adjoining rooms, early check-ins or specific seat allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

A minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services.

Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.

Booking made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Flights full payment needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Non-Operational Sightseeing or Activities

In the event that a paid activity is rendered inoperative due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be initiated. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable in such situations.

For complimentary activities (not charged to the guest), no refund will be applicable.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure Events

In the event of trip cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, Rayna will make every effort to obtain the highest possible refund. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of our service providers, trade partners, and vendors involved in the booking.

Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions

In case of an official travel ban for Indian nationals to the booked destination, guests will be offered either an alternative itinerary or, where possible, a rescheduled trip to a later date. Seasonal surcharges may apply in such cases.
