  • This is your booking voucher and must be presented (printed or digital) at the venue.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
  • Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.
  • No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
  • Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
  • The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
  • Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
  • Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
  • Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
  • Unless stated as private, all tours and transfers operate on a shared basis.
  • Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
  • Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
  • Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
  • For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
  • Safari including resort to safari gate pick up drop except mentioned resorts 15 minutes before reporting time
  • 30-40 minutes before & after additional pick up drop time froom resort to safari gate depending upon resort to safari gate distance
  • One day before local team member will coordinate with the guest
  • On time we can not do any changes in the safari & once safari booking is done it's non cancelable & non refundable
  • Guest need to carry hard copies of Id's  which they share with us while booking safaris
