Safari including resort to safari gate pick up drop except mentioned resorts 15 minutes before reporting time, 30-40 minutes before & after additional pick up drop time froom resort to safari gate depending upon resort to safari gate distance, one day before local team member will coordinate with the guest, on time we can not do any changes in the safari & once safari booking is done it's non cancelable & non refundable, guest need to carry hard copies of Id's which they share with us while booking safaris
