The 12-day Scandinavian journey combines the elegant capitals and scenic landscapes of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Starting and ending in Copenhagen, the route travels through Stockholm, Mora, Trondheim, Kristiansund, Molde, Geiranger, Loen, Bergen and Oslo. Guests will experience guided city tours, dramatic fjords, the Atlantic Road, the Briksdalsbreen Glacier, Vøringsfossen waterfall, scenic ferry crossings and an overnight ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen, offering a rich mix of culture, history and spectacular Nordic scenery.

Hotels and Pricing:
Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
• You will receive the booking confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of payment.
• Hotel confirmation, land voucher and travel insurance will be provided 72 hours prior to departure.
• Please carry original travel documents, including a valid passport, valid UAE residence permit, Emirates ID card, hard copies of the flight ticket, hotel and land confirmation vouchers, vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other relevant documents.
• Guests are requested to complete online check-in prior to departure.
Important note:
• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any time. Early confirmation is highly recommended.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be booked from the previous night at the applicable additional charge. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Rayna Tours acts as a facilitator for travel arrangements and is not responsible for the granting or rejection of entry into any country. The final decision rests with the concerned embassy, immigration authority or airline.

• Cancellations caused by natural calamities, pandemics, force majeure events or destination lockdowns that result in flight or hotel cancellations will be governed by the refund policies of the airline, hotel and other suppliers. Rayna Tours will make reasonable efforts to obtain the maximum possible refund.

This review has come in quite late, but it truly needed a mention! This was my second time coordinating with Raju at Rayna Tours, and once again, the experience was seamless from start to finish. He was always prompt in his communication, patiently customized our Uzbekistan itinerary to suit our requirements, and ensured we received a good package at a competitive price. Considering that we were two ladies travelling on our own, he also took care to suggest suitable flight timings and travel dates, which made the journey feel more comfortable and practical. He was equally accommodating when we requested changes to the hotels and other parts of the itinerary, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Akash for the excellent pre-departure support. He shared all the essential details for our Uzbekistan trip on WhatsApp—including hotel information, local guide details, flight and train tickets, travel tips, and other important information—making everything easily accessible throughout the journey. He also reminded us of the documents we needed to carry and followed it up with a phone call to walk us through the itinerary, answer our questions, and reassure us before departure. That personal touch made us feel well prepared and confident before setting off.
