  • For reservations involving the first and second guest, the pricing will consistently align with the adult rate, irrespective of age.
  • The Single occupant guest will pay 200% of the price mentioned for that particular category of cabin.
  • Passport with Extended Validity: Ensure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months beyond your intended travel dates. A physical passport is required at the time of check-in.
  • An infant is a child who is UNDER the age of two at the time of sailing. Infants sailing onboard a Norwegian vessel must be at least: ·
  • Infants must be at least 6 months of age on the day of boarding. ·
  • Infants must be at least 12 months of age on the day of boarding if the cruise has 3 or more consecutive full days at sea where the ship is not calling in a port of call.

Documentation: All guests must provide Norwegian Cruise Line with their full legal names, EXACTLY as they appear on their passports by the final payment date, to avoid denial of boarding. All guests require proof of citizenship for cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port (a valid passport is strongly recommended). A valid passport is required for all other cruises. In addition to your passport, a visa may be required. Visa requirements vary by country and are subject to change. For the appropriate requirements based on your itinerary and nationality please contact your travel professional, local immigration office or www.ncl.com/traveldocs. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain required visas and other documentation prior to sailing, including vaccinations for infectious diseases. Failure to arrive with proper documentation could result in denied boarding, and no further compensation will be offered 

Pregnancy Policy: Norwegian Cruise Line will not accept any Guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the time their travel concludes with Norwegian Cruise Line. We do not represent that travel is safe during any point in the pregnancy of a Guest. Advice should be sought from your medical practitioner prior to embarkation. The period specified above represents our minimum requirement. Some countries place limitations on the entry of non-national pregnant women. Check with the relevant embassy or consulate before you travel to confirm any further limitation. Deposit & Final Payment Terms:

  • Deposit: $250 per person
  • Final payment due: 120 days prior to sailing (including holiday sailings)

Cruise Cancellation Policy:

For all sailings in Club Balcony Suites and below, the cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 119 to 91 days prior to departure – 25% cancellation fee
  • 90 to 61 days prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee
  • 60 to 31 days prior to departure – 75% cancellation fee
  • 30 days or less before departure – 100% cancellation fee
  • All the Visas have to be valid at the time of sailing. Visa on hold status or expired will not be allowed to embark on the cruise.
