Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival and Transfer to Kandy

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your chauffeur guide and begin your journey to Kandy. En route, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can watch elephants being fed and bathed. After checking in at your hotel in Kandy, visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, enjoy a vibrant cultural dance show, and take a scenic Upper Lake Drive for panoramic views of the city. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 2

Kandy - Bentota

After breakfast at the hotel in Kandy, visit the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya, renowned for its orchid house, towering palm avenues, and lush landscaped gardens. Later, proceed to Bentota. En route, stop at a traditional Spice Garden, Mawanella to learn about Sri Lankan spices and Ayurveda practices. Upon arrival in Bentota, relax by the golden sandy beach. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 3

Bentota Excursions

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of activities in Bentota. Experience a scenic boat safari on the Madu River, cruising through mangroves and small islands. Later, visit the Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project to learn about sea turtle protection. You can also enjoy exciting water sports such as jet skiing, banana boat rides, or parasailing. In the evening, relax at leisure or enjoy a beautiful beachside sunset dinner. Overnight stay in Bentota

Day 4

Bentota – Colombo

After breakfast, proceed to Colombo. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour visiting popular landmarks including Galle Face Green, Independence Square, the Old Parliament Building, and Gangaramaya Temple. You will also see the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower and enjoy shopping at Odel, Arcade Independence Square, or Colombo City Centre. Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 5

Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or more before the departure date – INR 25000
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
05 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Booking amount of INR 30,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
