This day tour covers three of Chiang Rai's best-known sights, the White Temple, the Blue Temple, and the Black House Museum, along with a stop at Lalitta Cafe. The day starts with hotel pickup, and your guide travels with you throughout, covering the temples, the museum, and the cafe stop before returning you to your hotel in the evening.

The tour visits Wat Rong Khun, the White Temple, a contemporary Buddhist temple built almost entirely in white with inlaid mirrored glass, and Wat Rong Suea Ten, the Blue Temple, known for its deep blue and gold exterior and white Buddha statue. From there, the tour continues to the Black House Museum, or Baan Dam, a collection of around 40 dark-toned buildings designed by the artist Thawan Duchanee, displaying animal bones, skins, and other objects across landscaped grounds, a deliberate contrast to the two temples visited beforehand and one of the more unusual stops on the day.

The tour then stops at Lalitta Cafe, a garden setting built around a large man-made waterfall with a misting effect over the pathway, surrounded by greenery and small statues. It is a popular stop for photos and a change of pace after the temples and museum, with time to walk around before continuing. A local Thai lunch and a bottle of water are included at some point during the day.
