Chiang Mai International Airport can mean taxi queues and fare haggling right after a long flight. This pre-booked pickup takes that step away: your driver and vehicle are arranged before you land, ready to take you straight to your hotel in the city, with no need to search for transport at the arrivals hall.

Your driver waits for you as you step out of the arrivals terminal, timed against the flight details you share when booking. Allow about an hour between touchdown and your scheduled pickup slot, enough to clear immigration and collect your luggage. The transfer runs in an air-conditioned sedan, SUV, or van, sized to your group: a sedan seats two travelers with two bags, an SUV four with four, and a van eight with eight. Airport parking charges are already covered, and the ride goes directly to centrally located hotels and residences in Chiang Mai, with no stops along the way.

Rayna's local team confirms your booking instantly and stays reachable if your flight schedule changes before pickup day. If your group needs more space or extra luggage room, the SUV or van options cover that without changing the basic service.

  1. Meet your driver as you leave arrivals

Your driver is waiting when you step out of the arrivals terminal, timed against the flight details you gave at booking. Leave at least an hour between your landing time and the pickup slot you select, so immigration and baggage claim do not squeeze it.

  2. Into Chiang Mai in the vehicle you booked

The sedan carries 2 passengers with 2 bags, the SUV 4 with 4 and the van 8 with 8, all air-conditioned and well maintained. Airport parking charges are included.

Book your pickup for about an hour after your flight's scheduled landing time. That gives you enough room to clear immigration and collect your bags before your driver's scheduled slot, so share accurate flight details when you book to keep the timing right.
You can choose between a sedan, an SUV, or a van, all air-conditioned and well maintained. Pick the option that matches your group size and luggage, since each vehicle type carries a different number of passengers and bags, and the choice you make at booking is the one that arrives.
