Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant women are allowed to sail only
if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or less on the date of cruise
disembarkation. All PREGNANT WOMEN MUST PROVIDE TO CCL AT EMBARKATION A
PHYSICIAN’S LETTER stating the estimated date of delivery, that the mother and
baby are in good health and fit to travel, and the pregnancy is not at risk.
Smoking Policy
Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and pipes is
permitted only in certain areas of the ships, including cigar lounges,
designated outdoor smoking areas, and outside on private balconies. Smoking is
strictly prohibited inside the cabins. To avoid the risk of fire, cigarettes
must be extinguished and left in the ashtrays provided.
Payment Terms:
Date of Confirmation: 25% of the total
amount is required upon confirmation.
60 Days Before Departure: 55% of the
full payment is due.
55 Days Before Departure: Full payment
is required.
Cancellation Policy:
From confirmation up to 90 days before
departure: 35% of the total amount.
Between 90 and 61 days before departure:
40% of the total amount.
Between 60 and 45 days before departure:
55% of the total amount.
Between 44 and 21 days before departure:
75% of the total amount.
Less than 20 days before departure: 100%
of the total amount.

beyond the last date of travel.

3. Guests are recommended to have a
valid insurance policy covering the risk of any disruption during the cruise of
any disruption.
4. Visa Requirements (for Indian
Nationals): Guests require a Schengen Visa. Passengers without this visa will
be unable to embark on the cruise. Visa Rules can be subject to change without
prior notice. Visa requirements should be checked with the relevant consulate
before sailing. Pax shall be responsible for obtaining visas as appropriate.
