Day 1

Arrival in Bali - Transfer to Kuta

Welcome to Bali! Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, you'll be greeted by our friendly tour representative who will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your comfortable hotel in Kuta, known for its vibrant energy and stunning beaches. After settling in, take some time to explore the vibrant area of Kuta at your own pace. Stroll along the famous Kuta Beach, and if time allows, catch your first Balinese sunset. Indulge in a sumptuous dinner at one of the local restaurants offering traditional Balinese cuisine.

Day 2

Thrilling Water Sports & Uluwatu Sunset Tour

Start your day with an adrenaline rush as you dive into exciting water sports, including a thrilling banana boat ride, a couple-friendly parasailing experience offering stunning aerial views, and an exhilarating jet ski adventure. In the evening, set out on the iconic Uluwatu Sunset Tour to explore the ancient Uluwatu Temple, perched on a stunning cliffside, and witness the awe-inspiring, dramatic sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Day 3

Discover Central Bali – Kintamani, Tegenungan Waterfall, & Bali Swing

In the morning, depart for Central Bali, where you'll visit the scenic region of Kintamani and marvel at the panoramic views of Mount Batur and its surrounding landscape. Next, explore the lush beauty of Tegenungan Waterfall, and later head to the famous Bali Swing for an exhilarating experience with breathtaking views of the jungle and river valley. Day 4

Relaxation & Leisure for Shopping

We want your travel experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please go through these important points before your travel.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Rayna Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, and any other domestic, international, or inbound travel arrangements.
Rayna Tours will assist you with your visa application; however, the final decision on approval rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate.
Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from your intended return date.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions shared with you at the time of confirming your package.
Any modifications to the confirmed itinerary are subject to availability, and rates may vary depending on the revised travel dates.
Once issued and shared, travel vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The itinerary confirmed via email by your travel consultant will be considered the official and final version of your travel plan.
In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel/schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged (surcharges might be applicable).
In rare cases, certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, union matters, government regulations, or other unexpected events. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.
The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.
Price is based on the quoted hotels, transport, and sightseeing options. Any change in category or services will affect the final cost.

Amendment Policy
Amendments to dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Travel Documents & Visa
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Obtaining visas is the responsibility of the passenger unless stated otherwise.
The company is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Special Requests
Meal preferences, adjoining rooms, early check-ins or specific seat allocations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Policy

30 days or more before departure 30% of package price will be charged as cancellation fee.

20-30 days before departure 50% of package price will be charged.

Within 20 days / No-show: 100% of the package price will be charged.

Payment Terms

A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure services.
Full payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
Booking made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Flights full payment needs to be paid at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Non-Operational Sightseeing or Activities
In the event that a paid activity is rendered inoperative due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be initiated. Should this occur, we will do our best to offer suitable alternative arrangements. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable in such situations.
For complimentary activities (not charged to the guest), no refund will be applicable.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure Events
In the event of trip cancellation due to natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, Rayna will make every effort to obtain the highest possible refund. This will be subject to the cancellation policies of our service providers, trade partners, and vendors involved in the booking.

Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions
In case of an official travel ban for Indian nationals to the booked destination, guests will be offered either an alternative itinerary or, where possible, a rescheduled trip to a later date. Seasonal surcharges may apply in such cases.
