UAE residents are eligible for visa on arrival, provided their resident permit and passport is valid for at least six months. 

  • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
  • We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned Embassy or Airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
  • As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines.
  • Cancellations due to any natural calamity or a pandemic leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

  • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Payment Policy:

  • Booking amount of AED 2000 per person is required at the time of booking. 
  • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. 

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
  • Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure 
  • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents. 
  • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2000
  • 30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 % 
  • 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
  • 5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

This review has come in quite late, but it truly needed a mention! This was my second time coordinating with Raju at Rayna Tours, and once again, the experience was seamless from start to finish. He was always prompt in his communication, patiently customized our Uzbekistan itinerary to suit our requirements, and ensured we received a good package at a competitive price. Considering that we were two ladies travelling on our own, he also took care to suggest suitable flight timings and travel dates, which made the journey feel more comfortable and practical. He was equally accommodating when we requested changes to the hotels and other parts of the itinerary, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Akash for the excellent pre-departure support. He shared all the essential details for our Uzbekistan trip on WhatsApp—including hotel information, local guide details, flight and train tickets, travel tips, and other important information—making everything easily accessible throughout the journey. He also reminded us of the documents we needed to carry and followed it up with a phone call to walk us through the itinerary, answer our questions, and reassure us before departure. That personal touch made us feel well prepared and confident before setting off. I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service provided by your team during our recent trip to Himachal Pradesh. The entire journey was smooth, well-organized, and truly enjoyable, leaving us with wonderful memories. Right from coordinating our travel between Delhi and Manali, as well as Bhuntar to Delhi, to arranging comfortable accommodations, everything was managed efficiently and professionally. We particularly appreciated the arrangement of separate rooms for both couples and the provision of a private vehicle, which ensured a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout the trip. We are especially grateful for your team’s quick support when we made last-minute changes to our plans. Even after cancelling the Kheerganga trek and choosing to stay in Kasol instead, the transition was handled promptly and without any inconvenience.
