Day 1

Welcome to Baku and Transfer to Gabala

Upon your arrival at Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport, meet our representative, who will escort you to the vehicle and transfer you to the hotel in Gabala. Following check-in, spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Guided Full-Day Gabala Tour and Overnight in Gabala

Today, following breakfast, you will enjoy a guided Gabala tour. Today, following breakfast, you will join a guided Gabala tour with transfers. It introduces you to Gabala's iconic treasures, enveloped by unrivaled mountainous charm.

One of the major stops on this tour is Tufandag Mountain Resort, a year-round attraction known for its irresistible winter and summer activities. Thanks to its cable car ride, ski schools, and skiing tracks that are ideal for all abilities and age groups.

You will next tour Nohur Lake, a stunning, crystal-clear lake that is tucked away amidst lush scenery. The tour comes to an end as you will be dropped back to your hotel in Gabala.

Day 3

Transfer to Baku & Guided Baku city tour

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and be ready as your driver picks you up for a comprehensive sightseeing tour of the capital city. As the tour begins, you will head to Icheri Sheher, the city’s oldest inhabited section. Make a stop here as you walk around and take in some intriguing ancient remnants encompassing this UNESCO-listed historic center, such as palaces, places of worship, and baths.

You will also visit the timeless Nizami Street, a popular shopping spot. After this, continue your tour to the Highland Parks for the most astonishing city views and then to the iconic Flame Towers and Baku National Boulevard, a scenic seafront promenade. Before you finish your city tour with a hotel drop-off, you will see Fountain Square and enjoy photo ops at Heydar Aliyev Centre. The tour comes to an end as you will be dropped off at your hotel in Baku.

Day 4

Spend the Day at Your Leisure

Today, you will have an entire day to craft your travel program. You can discover the city or the surrounding area at your own pace. It is up to you whether you choose to sample the local gastronomic delights, visit the cultural landmarks, or even venture out of the city on one of these tours, like the Absheron Tour or Shahdag Tour.

Departure from Baku

Today is the departure day. Depending on your flight timing, our representative will come to your doorstep to transfer you to Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport. It promises a hassle-free end to your Baku holiday.

You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, travel insurance and other related documents.

30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2000
30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
05 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Booking amount of AED 2000 per person is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
