Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Baku

Arrival at Baku. Meet & greet at the airport followed by a comfortable transfer to the hotel. Check-in and relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free for leisure.

Overnight stay in Baku.

Day 2

Baku City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Baku. Explore the historic Old City (Icherisheher), visit iconic landmarks, and enjoy a walk along Baku Boulevard. Later, head to Highland Park to enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline.

Day 3

Transfer to Shahdag

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Shahdag, a beautiful mountain destination known for its scenic landscapes and adventure activities. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or explore optional activities like cable car rides.

Day 4

Shahdag to Baku + Absheron Tour

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Baku. Later, proceed for the Absheron Peninsula tour where you will visit the famous Ateshgah Fire Temple and witness the natural wonder of Yanar Dag.

Departure

Today is the departure day. Depending on your flight timing, our representative will come to your doorstep to transfer you to Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport. It promises a hassle-free end to your Baku holiday.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
