Enjoy a wonderful 8-day Greek holiday! Start in Athens to see the famous Acropolis and walk through the old streets of Plaka. Next, sail to the lively island of Mykonos. Then, take a fast ferry to Santorini to enjoy wonderful sea views and unique beaches. You will also visit Crete to see the ancient Palace of Knossos and the historic Spinalonga Island. • Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service, e.g., coach drivers, local guides, hotel & restaurant staff, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. The total amount for tips is EUR 27 per person for the entire 9-day tour, and this should be paid to the tour manager on day 01.
• The cost of a basic travel quota is equivalent to USD 250,000.
• Government taxes, where applicable, are extra.
• The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.
• No porterage included.
• Any expenses of a personal nature, such as porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, minibar, telephone calls, etc.
• Meals other than that are mentioned in your itinerary.
• The cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides used by the passengers is not included in your itinerary.

Child Policy:

• Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility
• The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, are valid for one child per adult aged 3 to 15, and can only be combined with the triple room discount:
• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. The discount only includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance, as detailed in the coverage and exclusions section. Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. In Cruise Series tours, acceptance of minors is subject to requests and the availability of suitable cabins. Important: On privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalogue tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
• Children aged 9 to 15 years: 10% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalogue tours or “Trip Styles” tours).

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

• You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
• Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling, like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

• Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point. We greatly appreciate your prompt confirmation. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities. We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned embassy or airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• The total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released.
